The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Live Operations Lead (Warehouse Management) for our client in KwaZulu Natal. We currently have various roles available for our branches in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria and KwaZulu Natal.

 

This is a permanent opportunity working Day / Night Shift. We are looking for your 2 to 5 yearsâ?? experience in Warehouse Operations in the Retail Industry.

 

Minimum educational level:                                                      

• Minimum National Diploma / BTech or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse Management

 

We are looking for the following work experience to perform the following

Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule Management

• Managing rosters for teams

Team Management

• Ensure team morale and performance measured against KPI

Inventory management

• Ensure stock levels of supplies required for order processing

Training

• Training of new and existing staff to drive performance

Order Processing and Optimization

• Managing operations and optimizing workflows to deliver upon KPIs
