Minimum National Diploma / BTech or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse Management

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for the following work experience to perform the following

Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule Management

Managing rosters for teams

Team Management

Ensure team morale and performance measured against KPI

Inventory management

Ensure stock levels of supplies required for order processing

Training

Training of new and existing staff to drive performance

Order Processing and Optimization

Managing operations and optimizing workflows to deliver upon KPIs
