Minimum Requirements:
Masters in Clinical Psychology and registered with the HPCSA.
Clinical skills and competencies as outlined by the Ethical Code of Professional Conduct (Including Scope of Practice) for Clinical Psychologists registered under the Health Act and by the HPCSA.
Proficient in at least 2 of the official languages of South Africa.
Completed internship and community service.
2 years (essential) experience in primary health care services.
Five years of work experience is desirable
Experience in culturally diverse settings.
Valid Code EB (08) driver''s license, as you need to travel between clinics
Job description:
Provide mental health psychology services to patients in designated faciliteis, including clinical diagnosis and treatment and special assessments, as well as participating in project management of the mental health service at clinic level, in a multidisciplinary team caring for patients with mental health problems.
Work hours 7h30-16h30 or 08h00 to 17h00
Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays
