Locum Therapist

Minimum Requirements:

A relevant degree in Social Sciences or in the Humanities discipline. Registration with the HPCSA as a clinical or counseling psychologist or registered counselor or as a clinical social worker with the South African Council of Social Service Professionals (SACSSP).

At least 2 years of relevant post-qualification work experience.

Valid Code EB (08) driver''s license.

Job description:

Provide substance abuse treatment services to individuals, groups or families, including an assessment of the nature, extent, and complexity of the disorder.

Facilitate early recovery groups, relapse prevention groups, and social support groups. Facilitate educational sessions, therapeutic services, and referral services for families.

Work hours 7h30-16h30 or 08h00 to 17h00

Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays
