SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lodge Administrator to join a prestigious luxury lodge. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to support the smooth running of lodge operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks, including guest check-ins/check-outs, lodge communications, and office support
Oversee inventory, stock control, and procurement processes
Assist in staff scheduling, HR administration, and payroll coordination
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Support the management team with operational requirements
Ensure compliance with lodge policies, standards, and procedures

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar lodge or hospitality administration role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, PMS systems, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
A positive, professional attitude with a keen eye for detail
