SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Lodge Management Couple or a Lodge Manager to lead the operations of an exclusive 5-star safari lodge. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, delivering world-class guest experiences in the heart of the bush.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring exceptional standards of guest service, hospitality, and operational efficiency
Manage and lead all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Activities
Build strong guest relationships, ensure personalised service, and handle any guest requests or issues with professionalism
Implement and maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene
Drive staff development, training, and team motivation
Manage stock control, budgets, and operational reporting
Collaborate with owners and head office on lodge strategy, marketing initiatives, and special projects

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lodge Manager or Lodge Management Couple in a 4- or 5-star property
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach
Financial and operational acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and reporting
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Comfortable living and working in a remote bush environment
A valid driver’s license is essential
