SUMMARY:
5* Lodge is looking for a management couple

POSITION INFO:

• Lodge Management couple required at a luxury Safari Lodge, in Zimbabwe. 
• The lodge offers guests Authentic Wildlife experiences, in a pristine Wilderness, together with Cultural and Community interaction, all accessed from the Lodge.
• The key focus of the Lodge Manager / General Manager will be to ensure that the guest experience whilst at the Lodge matches up to the world class experience they have in the park and with the community.
• We are looking for an energetic and ambitious person/couple who have strong management and organisational skills. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and together with good leadership and teamwork experience. Must have had prior experience of managing a team of local staff in a remote lodge / tented camp.
• We require a person/couple who is knowledgeable and has prior experience in:
  • General management
  • Staff management
  • Guest relations
  • Kitchen management
  • Budgets and financial management
  • Stock control
  • Operations and workshops
  • Housekeeping
  • Solid computer skills including using excel, word, powerpoint
  • Experience using ResRequest
• Zimbabwean nationality or work permit advantageous
• Knowledge of Shona and Shangan an advantage.
• This is a live-in position.  They offer en-suite accommodation, all meals and laundry.
• Salary negotiable, depending on experience.
