SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Lodge Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our luxury lodge.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of lodge operations, including guest services, staff supervision, and facility maintenance
Lead, motivate, and develop a professional team
Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and safety
Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience managing a luxury lodge or hospitality establishment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Financial acumen and operational oversight experience
