Looking for a Lodge Operations Manager for a Lodge in Tanzania.
Experience required:
5 years’ experience within management in a 5-star lodge
Valid Class C driving license
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Hotel Management
Experience in the service industry especially dealing with operations and guests
Duties include:
Support the Senior Management in overall responsibility for the effective management and running of the Lodge
Oversight of butlers, housekeeping, camp managers & bush banqueting teams
Ensure that the brand and standards are maintained
Ensure that Health & Safety standards are maintained in the camps
Assist in hosting all guests, agents, media and groups
Liaising on group itineraries
Constantly evolving the guest experience
HR requirements
Training of your teams & ensuring that training and development plans are monitored and documented
