Logistic &Transport Pperations Manager

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for an employee to join the Group in DRC – Lubumbashi / Likasi

• Would be in charge of supervising and organizing the rotation (local transport) of the fleet of trucks efficiently,
• Ability to organize and plan operations and allocate resources in a cost effective way
• Run the yard/depot where trucks are maintained and fixed (there is a team of mechanical guys already)
• Understand the various components of the costs to be able to act/ react /quote clients
• Put in place and implement the standard control processes on ground for such Logistic operations
