An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Administrative Clerk to join a well-established company within the manufacturing industry.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• 2 Years’ administrative experience
• Stock management experience (advantageous)
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office suite)
• Valid Code 08 driver’s license

• Handle daily invoicing and ensure accurate transaction processing
• Manage order intake, processing, and fulfilment, ensuring on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery
• Monitor finished goods and aged stock levels
• Coordinate and confirm deliveries to customers
• Place stock orders within acceptable lead times and follow up on pending orders
• Provide timely feedback to customers regarding queries and concerns
• Maintain safety and security of the Customer Service Centre premises
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
