Logistics Controller

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Compliance for Secondary Supply Chain at the depot
• Ensure Onsite Warehouse Logistics processes are compliant
• Act as a single point of contact for stock movements
• Accountable for Transport & Warehouses
• Monitor stock count processes and deviations
• Ensure accurate PGI of orders in SAP
• Maintain compliance records and EHS policies
• Communicate with Route Planning team for data calibration
• Provide analysis on LOBs, Returns, Non-deliveries daily
• Manage communication of failed IDOCS
• Compile and submit depot reports
• Consolidation sign off for month end stock take

Key External Stakeholder Relationships:

Knowledge/Qualifications:

• 3+ years exp in Logistics or Logistics qualification with 2+ yrs exp
• Knowledge of EH&S, Pest Management, and SAP
• Understanding of Excise and Customs requirements
