SUMMARY:
A global leader in cross-border IT Hardware and Medical equipment logistics, specialising in end-to-end trade compliance, import/export services, and international delivery is looking for Logistics Coordinator to join their team!

Operating in over 200 countries and territories, they help organisations overcome regulatory and logistical barriers to move high-value technology and medical assets seamlessly and securely.

With a strong focus on customs compliance, tax management, and risk mitigation, they simplify complex international shipments so all clients can focus on scaling their operations globally.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Experience

University Undergraduate Degree of any background; Commerce-focus degree is preferable.
Advantageous: Honours Degree.
Advantageous: Work experience.

Skills:

Project Management.
Detail driven and admin orientated.
Self-motivated, energetic and proactive.
Effective communication with team members and external parties.
Adept in building and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
Solution-driven with strong problem-solving ability.
Willing to adapt and be comfortable with change.
Good time-management skills.

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for several designated short-term logistics projects.
Coordinate these projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders and develop relationships.
Ensure all projects are up to date.
Resolve issues as they arise in a timely fashion.
Understand the international shipping process and all related technical aspects.
