JOB SUMMARY:
Role: Inventory Management Administrator / Assistant - Minimum Degree or diploma in inventory management or accounting with at least 1 - 2 years relevant experience
FOUR MONTH CONTRACT TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for:
Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, including reconciling stock counts to computer reports.
Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding and maximizes stock system and paperwork accuracy.
Performs routine clerical duties in support of unit.

Education & experience:

Minimum Degree in inventory management or accounting
Very strong excel skills – Pivot tables, Vlookups, Formulas, (PowerBI)
Good command of the English language and professional communication skills
Reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
Report to management on stock levels, issues etc.
Preparing reports on inventory levels
Reviewing inventory records to ensure that they are accurate and up to date
Monitoring physical inventory levels from the 3rd party provider
Reviewing inventory data and initiating follow-up actions
Batch and expiry management
Stock clearance and Bill Of Materials management
Lost sales analysis
File integration analysis and validation
GRN, stock receipt and returns analysis
