SUMMARY:
Do you have minimum three years Management experience in Logistics and are looking for your next career move? Our Client requires your proficiency in Pastel and expertise with Stock Control and Purchasing and Procurement. Excellent opportunity to be involved with their outlets nationally.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, Drivers License & own vehicle

Relevant qualifications highly advantageous

Min 3 years exp in a Logistics MANAGEMENT role

Clear Criminal Record essential

Strong Pastel experience essential

Mature, people orientated skills

Excellent admin and attention to details

DUTIES

Receiving and dispatching of stock to and from the regional branches in SA

Maintenance of sales demand and forecast allocation of workload in the Workshop

Stock module management for branch stock

Weekly reports to be generated and exceptions cleared;

Stock rotation management at branch level via online stock module

Ordering and completion of waybills to ship stock weekly

Financial year end stock take

Weekly reconciliation of units removed in the field and sent back to Head Office, including following up on regional branches and technical staff for stock returns

Monthly stock meetings with Management

Purchasing of stock required including identifying the supplier order lead times and ensuring all orders arrive timeously

Monthly procurement of consumables as required by the in-house workshop and branches

Creation and Maintenance of supplier Service Level Agreements for selected suppliers

Management of stock journals on Pastel to transfer stock to branches for invoicing purposes

Management of final assembly and stock repairs on Pastel (handling of workshop job cards)

Product costing analysis

Monthly reporting on current stock holding on Pastel

Salary: R20k dependent on experience, plus Medical Aid contribution
