POSITION INFO:
Are you a driven logistics professional with a passion for efficiency, problem‑solving, and impactful operations? We’re looking for a Logistics professional to support our organization across all Supply Chain Execution activities, including Import/Export, Warehousing, Transport, and more.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to improve productivity and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across warehousing, inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, transport coordination, and reverse logistics.
• Work directly with service providers to ensure on‑time imports, exports, and seamless operational flow.
• Support operational improvement projects using lean methodologies to solve root‑cause issues and drive sustainable efficiencies.
• Adapt global standards and best practices to suit local market needs.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to enhance the end‑to‑end customer experience.
• Manage costs, improve KPIs, and ensure performance metrics are clearly interpreted and communicated.
• Conduct audits, implement controls, and maintain a risk‑mitigated operational environment.

🎓 What You’ll Bring

• An Honours degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in Supply Chain, specifically in Distribution, Warehousing, or Operational Projects.
• Proven achievements in operations performance improvement, KPI management, or process implementation.
• Knowledge of imports/exports (advantageous).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with Lean methodology (advantageous).
• High proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience using SAP (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong customer focus, urgency, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
• Willingness to work in both warehouse and office environments.
