SUMMARY:

Our client, a progressive and fast paced chemical supply and distribution company, seeks to employ a Logistics/Fleet and Admin Controller to join this progressive and expanding professional team.

Please note that candidates must be resident in the Helderberg region and have a valid driver’s license, as well as experience in route planning, managing driver accommodation and dealing with customer/suppliers.

POSITION INFO:
KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

You will have Matric, coupled with 2-5 years experience in working in a busy distribution centre, ideally knowledge of chemical transport and vehicles

You will have experience in route planning, delivery coordination, coordinating vehicle servicing, licensing and vehicle tracking reporting.

You will have experience in dealing with customer regarding deliveries, ensure accurate stock booking and loading as well as liaising with drivers re stock and delays.

You will be proficient in Sage and Excel software

You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
