Market Sector of high-end architectural design, Finishing fabrics, textiles, and High-End Decor. Specializing in exclusive products, directed for Architects, interior Designers, and discerning homeowners seeking sophisticated, high-quality fabrics and furnishings.
REQUIREMENTS:
- ·National Senior Certificate
- ·Certificate or Diploma in Interior Design/Decor or related field advantageous
- ·Minimum 3 years sales experience in retail in a similar role, same or related industry
- ·Exposure to an interior design environment
- ·Experience of coordinating the operational aspects of a shop or outlet is an advantage
- ·Own reliable transport
- ·Be assertive with drive and ambition
- ·Be decisive and able to prioritize
- ·Ability to cope in a high-paced and high-pressure environment
MAIN DUTIES:
- ·Maintain showroom operations by maintaining the set showroom standards, coordinating deliveries, managing stock of cuttings, sample hangers, and books, coordinating events, etc.
- ·Build productive relationships with customers by advising and selling to customers in the showroom, and handling internal and external complaints and queries
- ·Support field sales by supporting the internal sales consultants.

- ·Good telephone etiquette
- ·Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- ·Good presentation skills
- ·Good with building and maintaining customer relationships
- ·Excellent customer service and after-sales service
- ·Good at selling products and concepts
- ·Well-presented and professional with good business etiquette
