JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lynnwood, Pretoria (Persequor Park): CANDIDATE ATTORNEY

Minimum Requirements:

-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female

-Afrikaans & English first & second languages a must (Key requirement, Afr & Eng client base)

-LLB Degree completed

-Driver’s license and own vehicle a must

-Computer literate in MS Office

-Good administration skills

-To start as soon as possible

-Must reside in Pretoria

Duties:

-General candidate attorney duties

-Exposure to fields of law as prescribed by the Attorney’s Act for admission as an Attorney (Firm specialize in Labour Law matters)

-Travelling to Courts and clients

-Filing, issuing and serving of legal documents at Courts and Deeds Offices

-Drafting legal documents in Afrikaans and English

-General administrative duties (including typing)

Salary: R 7 500.00 – R 9 000.00 gross (Depending on experience / legal exposure)
