SUMMARY:
Are you a newly qualified CA(SA) eager to transition into the dynamic world of mergers and acquisitions? We are looking for a highly motivated finance professional to join our Corporate Finance team, where you’ll gain hands-on exposure to deal-making, company valuations, and strategic advisory.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do:

Assist with the execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and other strategic projects
Support the preparation of financial models (DCF, LBO, and others) for valuation purposes
Conduct due diligence and analyze financial statements to identify key insights
Collaborate with senior advisors to develop investment theses and presentations for clients
Learn to navigate complex deal structures and industry-specific financial considerations

Newly qualified CA(SA) with strong technical accounting knowledge
Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
A proactive, ambitious mindset with a genuine interest in corporate finance and deal-making
