SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a packhouse environment. The role focuses on preventative maintenance planning, team leadership, project coordination, budget management, and ensuring optimal equipment reliability and facility performance.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Relevant qualification in Maintenance Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance management and planning Minimum 1 year's hands-on maintenance or trade experience Packhouse or agricultural industry experience advantageous Experience managing preventative maintenance programmes and maintenance budgets Proficiency in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills Project management and team leadership experience Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and\/or MPRTC's clients and\/or verification information suppliers.
