POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Manager (Property/ Building)
Must be able to manage a maintenance team
Valid driver’s license and own transport
Must have a wide knowledge of the different trades:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Experience compiling maintenance schedules, plans, budgets and reports required
- Must be computer literate:
