POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Manager (Property/ Building)
• Must be able to manage a maintenance team
• Valid driver’s license and own transport
• Must have a wide knowledge of the different trades:
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Experience compiling maintenance schedules, plans, budgets and reports required
  • Must be computer literate:
  • Word
  • Excel
  • Outlook
