SUMMARY:
Oversee the maintenance of a large manufacturing plant, making sure that all equipment is running at optimum levels as well as customer service and cost controlling and reduction.

POSITION INFO:

Duties will include:

Health and Safety Control
Risk Control
Team management with in maintenance
Cost and Budget Control
Manage or resources and environmental impact
Housekeeping and infrastructure maintenance

Minimum Requirements:

10 yrs min experience gained in a Maintenance Engineering environment
Proven Management skills – managed a team with in the Engineering Maintenance Environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Above average numerical, verbal and administrative skills
Time management and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Technical Degree/National Diploma in Engineering
Recognised Trade Test in Engineering
Min 6 years management experience
OHSAct experience (above average)
Computer literate
