SUMMARY:
Purpose of this role: To oversee the Maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical reticulations and services for the hospital facility.

POSITION INFO:

Essential requirements:

Matric with completed Trade test (essential)
Knowledge of a call logging system
Previous experience at a hospital or clinical environment (an advantage)
Contracts/service provider management experience (SLA’s) for i.e. lifts, air conditioning services providers)
Risk management knowledge & experience related to assets, plants, equipment set within a hospital/clinical environment
Experience managing a team of about 6-10 employees
OHS Act compliance knowledge
