MARKETING ASSISTANT - SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT SPECIALIST Our client is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support marketing initiatives and manage daily social media activities! Location : Bloemfontein, Free State Salary : Market Related (TBD) Essential Qualifications: - National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent - Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field - Valid driver''s license and own transport - 1-3 years' experience in marketing, social media management, or a similar role - Graphic design experience (ESSENTIAL) Essential Experience: - 1-3 years in marketing or social media management - Graphic design experience - Content creation and publication - Social media platform management - Campaign support and execution Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content: - Manage and grow company social media platforms - Create and publish engaging content - Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments - Track analytics and industry trends - Develop content calendars and strategies Campaign Support: - Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events - Assist with planning and coordination of marketing projects - Support creative execution of marketing initiatives - Ensure activities align with business objectives and timelines Essential Skills: - Resilience and ability to cope with pressure - Problem-solving abilities - Prioritizing and time management - Attention to detail - Results orientation - Operations coordination - Good computer skills
