MARKETING GRADUATE

A dynamic opportunity awaits a MARKETING GRADUATE with up to one year's working experience with a national retail giant based in Port Elizabeth.

Job Description: The successful Incumbent needs to be an all-rounder, someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about all things marketing related, who isn’t scared to experiment and try new things and who wants to develop their ability quickly through real world experience. You will be responsible for the creation of engaging graphical and written content and the execution of strategy to bring our brand and products to life via a mix of online & offline channels. In addition, the successful incumbent will be reporting directly to the General Manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing (essential)

Experience and Requirements:

• One years work experience in marketing
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar graphic creation software
• Experience with social media management tools
• Experience with writing and editing copy

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement online, email and in-store marketing initiatives
• Update web pages and online product content that articulates the benefits of our products to our customers
• Plan and execute social media initiatives that drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
• Design, develop, and distribute content marketing deliverables including creation of graphics and illustrative copy for both online & offline channels
• The successful candidate must be able to perform under pressure and have good time management.
