MARKETING MANAGER – AGRICULTURE (REITZ, FREE STATE)

SUMMARY:
A well-established retail and agricultural operation is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Promotions Coordinator to manage the end-to-end planning, coordination, and evaluation of product promotions. Based at the head office in Reitz, this role works closely with Product Management and suppliers to ensure effective promotional campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, product coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong background in coordinating promotional activities and working with suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Commercially aware with a consumer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong decision-making capabilities.
