We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for the Stoma Care portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership to effectively position our products in the competitive healthcare landscape. Carries out all the market analysis and leadership in the launch of new products in the market, achieving efficiency in terms of Investment vs. Results. Comply with regulations and standards and protect the public reputation of the organization.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field <>
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on wound care or related therapeutic areas.
Recognized as an expert in Stoma care products and services
Solid experience in roles that require a deep understanding of the health system and regulations
Developed market research, reporting and monitoring skills
Experience in multifunctional project management
Superior ability to adapt regional / global marketing strategies to market reality
Deep understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies
Advanced understanding of the bases and dynamics of the medical device market
