JOB SUMMARY:
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially strong MD/BU Head for the Tech Security Solutions division of a well-known large company with phenomenal leadership!

You’ll be responsible for developing and driving new business and the overall strategic direction of your business unit.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ideal candidates will have extensive networks within the security solutions industry, coupled with solid business development abilities.

Minimum requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification, MBA/Honours /Master’s Degree is preferred
Minimum of 8 years’ proven experience within management and leadership positions
Solid understanding of and experience within the security solutions industry (both software and hardware, but software more importantly)
Experience as the MD of an SMME and/or Executive Business Unit Head within a larger organisation, responsible for the entire business function and strategic direction
Extensive experience in new business development, driving strategy, revenue generation, P&L, operations, people management, etc.
