POSITION INFO:

Summary of the role:

MEP Construction Manager required for a contract to work on a large data centre in Namibia

Must have strong Mechanical, Services, Mechanical, Fire Suppression, Fire Protection Systems and experienced with dust proofing before and during construction processes. Experience with Building Services is essential.

Must have 8+ years’ experience with managing electrical and / or mechanical sub-contractors and have a detailed understanding of Building Services. 

Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is a preferred qualification

Know and apply safe electrical practice according to guidelines set by relevant electrical safety supervisory bodies.

Have a strong working knowledge and experience of the purpose and infrastructure of a Data Center to the value of 100 million

Our client is a building contractor with a large Data Centre project and shall make an appointment subject to an award
