POSITION INFO:
Employer Description Our client is an equipment manufacturing company. Job Description Run Phaze MRP system to get production order recommendations. Create\/ Import production job cards as per the MRP order recommendations. Schedule created production job cards, ensuring the job cards follow the correct sequence and priorities. Monitor execution of job cards and update production schedule based on resource and material availability. Review MRP data during the process of job card creation and advise Planning Manager on any required changes. Continuously review the results of the MRP calculation and advise on possible calculation and master data errors. Execution and daily monitoring of the production planning and scheduling process. Develop alternative plans for emergency customer requirements within the agreed production parameters. Continuously review job cards for accuracy, to prevent over or under stocking. Evaluate accuracy of BOMs, warehouse to use, routings and default job classes and communicate any errors or required updates. Analyse back orders, current orders and upcoming orders and communicate any risks that you foresee. Qualifications Diploma: Industrial Engineering, supply chain management, logistics, Operations Management, or related field Skills Ability to read and understand production orders, and work with minimal guidance. 3+ years working experience. Proven Experience in Production and Inventory Planning Strong knowledge of Production Planning principles, Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective task prioritization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for ODBC reporting. Expertise in SYSPRO with a strong understanding of its modules.
