POSITION INFO:
Employer Description Our client is an HVAC contracting company Job Description Manage the BOQ and ordering of relevant materials Take responsibility for Claim submissions Take care of variation order quotes and approvals Project plan with date of works and completion deadlines Manage all site meetings and site instructions Book teams and have strict control of labour on jobs Manage and understand any contract chargers Understanding of building contracts Be able to read and measure on plans Be able to measure on site Liaise with engineers and builders Have responsibility of completed job scope and have as built plans aligned Compile and submit O&M manual Qualifications A relevant Project Management \/ Mechanical Degree \/ Trade-related qualification Skills 5-10 years' experience in a Project Management role as well as mechanical and electrical knowledge of machines and tools Excellent understanding in HVAC systems, the various components, their functions and proactively seek out knowledge Have excellent communication and attention to detailed planning Own vehicle and Driver's License
