We are currently recruiting for a MNR Supervisor to join our team who will be responsible for supervising the Depot MNR functions, maintain and manage relationships with all customers ensuring reports, queries and requests meet required service levels. Ensure that a high level of communication is maintained with EMR and operations, which is aimed at feedback on progress for reporting to the customers and internal departments. Overview of the Role Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited ): MNR: Oversee the Depot MNR Administration functions Ensure all job cards received from EMR are timeously attended to and accurately captured into the relevant internal and customer systems Ensure photos are timeously uploaded, once the job cards have been captured. Ensure the container status is updated and maintained on the internal and customer systems, as per procedure Monitor and follow up on outstanding approvals from customers Ensure EMR Team is timeously notified of approvals received from customers Monitor and follow up on outstanding repairs from the EMR Team Ensure the system (both internal and customer), is timeously updated on receipt of CLN and PTI certificates\/dates Follow up on aging expired units Inform customers of major damage and taint units, that can be planned for evacuation Keep records of all warranty jobs and chase up with Finance that this is being recovered Ensure all repaired containers are timeously closed off for invoicing Monitor the daily gate out report, ensuring repaired units were closed off for invoicing Ensure all documentation related to MNR is properly filed and easily accessible Ensure all container tracking errors reported or identified are attended to and resolved Ensure accurate and timeous submission of revenue schedules and proformas to finance for invoicing Report on completed units that could not be closed off on time for invoicing (so this can be accrued accordingly) Submit monthly revenue and accrual schedule, in line with agreed deadlines Ensure all credit note requests are attended and the correct processes are adhered to Attend to invoicing queries related to proformas issued Housekeeping – ensure your team is maintaining a neat and clean office area Participate in stock takes as and when required People Effective and efficient management of all human resources under his\/her control with an aim to reduce costs, improve customer relationships ensuring all work is carried out correctly and to high standards and in accordance with agreed deadlines Establish KPI's for subordinates and manage output and expectations accordingly Encourage continuous improvement of service delivery Ensure subordinates adhere to company standards, policies and procedures Ensure subordinates are informed and trained upon any changes or new procedures implemented Mentor, coach and develop subordinates by building individual and team competence to meet set goals and objectives Create and maintain positive workplace relationships and communication Ensure that all IR & ER issues are appropriately and timeously with Statistics and Reporting Submit monthly management reports as per business requirements Maintain MNR Productivity Dashboard Daily\/Weekly\/Monthly Container Status Report Daily\/Weekly\/Monthly Container Aging Analysis Report Monitor and report on KPI performance Volume and Revenue stats and trends Customer daily stock reports Stakeholder Liaison Maintain and manage relationships with key stakeholders. Work co-operatively with the various internal departments to achieve depot and departmental goals within budgetary guidelines Key contact between customers and EMR Attend meetings as and when required SHEQ Ensure customer complaints, claims or other incidents are logged and investigated Ensure compliance with the OHS Act and other industry applicable legislation Ensure compliance to SHEQ systems Comply with all business procedures, standards and work instructions Drive continuous improvement Requirements Diploma\/degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Min. 5-6 years relevant and proven experience in a Depot environment Min. 3-year Team Leader or Supervisory experience Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, MS Word, and Industry related software (logistics)
