MSC Platform Support Engineer

SUMMARY:
A prominent IT solutions company is looking to add a senior engineer to their operations team. Experience in Azure and Microsoft365, combined with the ability to work independently will make you stand out for this role.

POSITION INFO:

You will be required to support the operations team on an on-call rota basis

You will assist the team on complicated incidents, resolve problems and perform changes as per the ITIL principles

You will be required to work shifts that accommodate customers in different time zones

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Microsoft Azure

Azure platform

Azure AD

Azure ASR

Azure Security Centre compliance

Azure cost management and Security Optimization

Intermediate experience in Microsoft 365

Intermediate experience in configuring and troubleshooting the MS Windows SOS

Qualification:

Degree (Beneficial)

Microsoft:

Azure AZ – 900 (Required)

AZ-103/4 (Required)

MCSA (Required)

ITIL Foundation (Beneficial)
