We are a leading omni-channel retailer, delighting our customers with an innovative range of curated products on personalized terms. Our aim is to provide multiple, convenient and easy retail shopping channels to guarantee that we meet all our customer expectations. The ideal candidate for this role will become a part of the Data Science team and will report to Head of Data Science.

Description

Hereâ€™s what you can expect to be doing in the role

Drive development of productionized machine learning solutions across the group (retail and fintech)
Integrate solutions with existing business processes
Add additional data sources and engineer model features
Work in and improve our machine learning environment (Python, Sklearn, Tensorflow, SQL, proprietary AutoML and Feature Store pipelines, AWS)

Requirements

Maths / Stats / Computer Science / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence Qualification (or related)
6+ yearsâ€™ experience developing multiple productionized Machine Learning solutions with automatic re-train, re-score, re-deployment
Solid experience with Retail, Credit Risk, Python, Sklearn, Tensorflow and up-to-date knowledge of ML / DL techniques, building AutoML and Feature Store pipelines, building production systems.
Nice to have: Experience with Recommender Systems
