POSITION INFO:

These 3 Plants are undergoing big transformation! Lots of new CAPEX and a state of the art automation process.

This is an environment that is moving from old to new, slow to fast.

This is a career opportunity for an Section Engineer / Maintenance co-ordinator with great people and planning skills and strong Technical Engineering expertise to lead a big team through big change.

• Engineering degree 
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a Management role (on all performance fronts)
• Track record of improving performance across multiple teams
• World Class Manufacturing background
• MECAP principals an advantage
• Dynamic, resilient, up for a challenge
