SUMMARY:
Recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer (Wood Chemicals).

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Initiate, implement, and manage the plant maintenance schedule with an emphasis on planning, scheduling preventive / predictive maintenance.
Plant availability as pre-determined.
Schedules for planned and unplanned work.
Equipment reliability that perform consistently in the operating environments.
Number of breakdown call-outs according to predetermined standards.
Conduct testing of new plant equipment, spares and electrical systems for the purpose of improvements.

Requirements:

Electrical Qualification, with a min of 5 years in a similar role
ISO 9001 OSHACT Project Management, People Management skills
Plant automation Scada, Drives etc.
Budgets & Financial Skills
Continuous improvements
Lean Manufacturing
Root cause analysis
Time Management
