Requirements: Matric or a equivalent NQF4 Trade Test Certificate 3 Years post trade qualification experience Strong mechanical and manufacturing experience Experience in a food manufacturing industry would be advantageous Must be Afrikaans speaking Duties and responsibilities: Daily routine inspections, repairs and maintenance on milling machines Perform scheduled routine preventative maintenance and services Diagnose route cause of mechanical malfunctions and repairs Stock level of parts required for maintenance and reporting low levels to Maintenance Manager Abilities, competencies and knowledge: Good electrical and mechanical knowledge Thorough knowledge of tools and equipment High technical aptitude Fault finding Prioritise tasks effectively Time management Ability to work under pressure Critical thinking Manual dexterity
