POSITION INFO:

Maintenance Manager - Epping - R650 000 - R800 000 per annum CTC

Food Manufacturing Plant seeks a Maintenance Manger to Implement and maintain a maintenance system, do annual maintenance budget and maintain maintenance budget

Weekly management reporting on expenditure, manage all maintenance stock levels and critical spares, maintain the equipment asset register, manage the compliance of food safety standards and policies, manage 8 artisans’ output and work expectations, plan and implement daily, weekly, and monthly Preventative Maintenance Schedules and ensure compliance with Preventative Maintenance Schedules and breakdown repairs – first time right. Conduct safe work audits and ensure compliance. Drawing up of one-page procedures and schedules to assist production and maintenance staff with problem solving. Assist and train staff to upskill all team members. Lease with suppliers and contractors to ensure on time and correct quality goods and manage and report daily utility usages. Gas, water, and paraffin, etc. Min Degree/Diploma and 5yrs Production Management in food processing.
