Maintenance and Reliability Manager

SUMMARY:
One of our clients, a leader in the agricultural industry, is looking for a dynamic individual to take up the position of Maintenance and Reliability Manager and become a part of their team!

POSITION INFO:

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
• Grade 12 or technical school higher qualification
• B.Sc Eng (Elec) or B.Sc Eng (Mech)
• GCC
(Further management or financial qualification preferred)

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
• 5 years maintenance experience in a factory and/or plant engineering in a medium to large company

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCIES
• Good knowledge of maintenance processes and activities
• Advanced computer literacy (MS Office and others)
• Extensive knowledge of maintenance management systems
• Leadership and management skills
• Understanding operating context of site assets and process systems
• Practical knowledge of multiple on-condition asset monitoring technologies
• Planning and organising skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and conduct training on reliability topics
