Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Conduct detailed variance and trend analysis to support business performance.
• Assist with the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
• Analyse cost structures and support pricing strategies.
• Improve and maintain internal financial controls and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and cost analysis.
• Assist with year-end procedures and audit preparation.
• Support system and process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Post-graduate qualification is advantageous).
• 5–8 years’ experience in management accounting or a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
• Solid working knowledge of ERP or financial systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
