Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyse, and present monthly management accounts
- Deliver variance analysis and provide meaningful commentary on performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
- Partner with operational teams to drive cost control and profitability
- Strengthen financial controls and ensure data integrity
- Analyse trends, identify risks, and highlight opportunities for improvement
- Assist with reporting, modelling, and strategic initiatives
What You Bring:- A completed financial qualification (BCom, BAcc, or CIMA)
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar analytical finance role
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate financial data into insight and action
- Advanced Excel skills and solid ERP system experience
- A proactive, detail-driven working style
- Confidence to partner with stakeholders and influence decisions
