Management Accountant

Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a Management Accountant to join their dynamic team in Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth.

POSITION INFO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Cost accounting:
• Inventory Management
• (In)Tangible Asset management
• Project accounting management
• Monitor & report on long outstanding Purchase Orders
• Prepare & report on cash planning status (weekly & monthly)
• Process and maintenance postings regarding general ledger
• Review, control and post accruals as instructed by Finance and Controlling Manager
• GRN account analysis & reconciliation
• Oversee, Prepare & Update the necessary Financial information for the Project Reports (PSM)
• Prepare & update the necessary Financial information for the Month-end reports
• Assist with audits & preparation
• Assist with the preparation of budget and forecasts
• Assist in preparation & calculation of RFQs
• Preparation of AIS claim

• Finance BCom Degree or Diploma in Cost Accounting
• Min 5 years-experience in accounting or finance
• SAP knowledge – Inherent
• Proficient in Excel -strong financial awareness
• Good planning, organizational and administrative skills, with proactive, structured approach
