POSITION INFO:
About the Opportunity
A specialist agricultural advisory firm in Stellenbosch is looking for a Management Accountant – Agriculture to join their growing team. This full-time hybrid role offers the flexibility to work partially remotely while supporting a diverse portfolio of agribusiness clients.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements and management accounts
Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
Provide insights and recommendations on agricultural financial performance
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and best practices
Support clients with funding applications, feasibility models, and business planning where needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CIMA / CGMA preferred; CA(SA) advantageous
Experience in management or cost accounting; agricultural experience highly beneficial
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
