We’re looking for a commercially minded Financial Business Partner to work closely with leadership, delivering insights that drive profitability and growth across retail and wholesale channels.
Key Focus:
- Management accounts, budgets, forecasts & variance analysis
- Financial modelling, pricing, and profitability analysis
- KPI reporting, dashboards, and business insights
- Partnering with stakeholders to support strategic decisions
Requirements:- BCom in Finance/ Accounting
- CIMA (completed or near completion)
- 3- 8 years’ experience in a retail/wholesale/distribution/product environment as a Management Accountant
- Advanced Excel - must be able to build models from scratch
- Syspro and Power BI advantageous
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
- Independent nature
