Luxury Lodge in the Tuli Block, Botswana is looking for an experienced Lodge Management Couple.
We are looking for a dynamic duo with a passion for hospitality and a track record of successful lodge management to lead and elevate the guest experience at a picturesque lodge.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a renowned lodge in a premier wildlife destination with a focus on excellence, conservation and guest satisfaction.
POSITION INFO:
Duties:
Oversee day-to-day lodge operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and ensure effective teamwork.
Manage, guest relations and personalized guest interactions.
Maintain property maintenance and cleanliness.
Housekeeping, food & beverage, guiding, and administration.
Coordinate events, activities, and dining experiences.
Manage budgets, control costs, inventory, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Matric certificate
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent beneficial
At least 3-5 years of proven luxury lodge management experience or hospitality management as a couple.
Valid First Aid
Comprehensive knowledge and experience of daily lodge operations, including front desk, F&B, reservations, housekeeping and financial management.
Strong Management, leadership, communication, organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality, with high service standards and excellent guest hosting skills
Organized, proactive, Hands-on approach and able to work under pressure
Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel
Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills, with a strong team-oriented approach.
Professional and well groomed
Valid Driver’s license.
