Management Couple

Minimum requirements:

HIM:

• Matric
• Must have a Professional Hunter’s Permit
• Driver’s license
• Must be willing to relocate (Relocation costs will be covered)
• 10+ years’ experience in Professional Hunting
• 10+ years’ Game farm management
• Background of landscaping and lodge gardening will be an advantage

HER:

• Matric
• Driver’s license (purchasing of office and lodge supplies)
• Computer literate (Word, Excel and Email)
• 10+ years’ experience in:
  • Lodge management
  • Cooking
  • Management of lodge staff

Duties will include but is not limited to:

HIM:

• Hosting of foreign tourists
• Managing the game farm and staff
• Maintenance and management of the lodge
• Guiding of international and local hunting clients

HER:

• Managing the Lodge’s staff and facilities
• Managing the Lodge’s kitchen
• Ensuring the kitchen and Lodge is fully operational and running smoothly
• Quality control of the kitchen and cooking
• Assisting in cooking for guests in lodge
• Daily stock taking
• Purchasing of supplies
