JOB SUMMARY:
A JSE listed conglomerate seeks an experienced and analytical Management Reporting Accountant to join their shared services finance team, based in Johannesburg North.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of this role will be to source and analyse financial data to prepare reports for business performance and decision making.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Extraction and analysis of accounting / finance data
Drive information structures and improvements
Prepare reporting templates and packs
Prepare monthly management reporting presentations

Education:

BCom in Management Accounting
Completed CIMA or studying towards

Job Experience & Skills Required:

2 to 4 years' experience in a management accounting and reporting role is essential
Working in a group shared service environment is essential
Advanced MS Excel skills (non-negotiable)
Attention to detail
Ability successfully manage several different tasks simultaneously
Financial acumen
Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
Team player
