An established private higher-education institution is seeking an experienced academic leader to head up its School of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the School of Marketing, including faculty and operations
- Shape and implement academic strategy and curriculum innovation
- Mentor and develop lecturers and students
- Ensure academic compliance, governance, and quality assurance
- Represent the School on executive academic structures
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (PhD or PhD in progress advantageous) in Marketing, Brand, or related field
- 5+ years in a senior academic or leadership role within higher education
- Strong understanding of marketing, digital, and creative industries
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate across teams
