POSITION INFO:

Position Overview:

To support the overall divisional strategy by executing and monitoring the alumni and stakeholder’s strategy. 

To support the Director by giving input into the conceptualization of the divisional strategy and providing specialist input with regards to alumni and stakeholders.  

To lead and manage the alumni and stakeholders’ section and develop and nurture an ongoing and mutually beneficial relationship between the “Client” and the alumni, in particular, both locally and internationally, as well as all other strategic stakeholders in support of the “Client’s” Communication and Advancement strategy. 

Requirements:

A relevant B Degree PLUS approximately 7 years relevant experience where such experience includes:

• Previous experience in a fundraising or in any position where the development of relationships is seen as core to the success of the position
• Able to demonstrate a track record of success with regard to the above as well as where initiative has been taken to enhance or build key relationships
• Demonstrable success in running projects which are aimed at achieving support for philanthropic programmes
• At least 3 years management experience
• Previous experience working with senior management in an organisation, where strategic input has been required.
