Manager, Asset and Liability Management

SUMMARY:
My client is urgent recruiting for a Manager, Asset and Liability Management for a 6 months contractual period, with strong exposure to Liquidity Risk Management, asset management and ALM. The role is strategically positioned in terms of the management of contingent short term as well as Structural liquidity requirements, develop international best practice forward looking ALM processes.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting of the daily internal liquidity risk stress testing as well as the Basel III Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) as well as the weekly Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) by ensuring that the company has a diversified portfolio of liquid assets and term funding.
• Responsible for end-to-end monthly BA300 liquidity risk reporting pertaining to contingent and structural liquidity risk management.
• Support the Company ALM head with ALCO related tasks.
• Assist with queries related to contingent and structural liquidity risk metrics.
• Responsible for calculating and providing the liquidity metrics reported in external financials and rating agency reviews.
• Perform Funds Transfer Pricing Processing processes and streamline and automate these activities where possible.
• Maintain and update the Central Funding Unit forecast.

• Experience Description: 3 + years banking experience in asset and liability management, finance reporting, quantitative financial modelling or risk management

Experience 2:

• Years: 3-4 Years
• Experience Description: Experience working with finance tools currently used in the group such as FMI, Qlikview, Qliksense, Power BI or similar tools

Experience 3:

• Job Function: Information Technology
• Job Family: More tech-savvy rather than a formal IT qualification is required
• Years: 1-2 Years
• Experience Description: Experience working with Quantitative Risk Management (QRM), Alteryx, SQL, or similar tools would be advantageous

Experience 4:

• Job Function: Risk Management
• Job Family: Risk Management
• Years: 3-4 Years
• Experience Description: experience in any risk function, notably liquidity risk management and Basel experience would be advantageous
